Все надписи, нажимаемые кнопки нужно указать дословно! Настроил параметры страницы 47 ширина, 25 высота, 2мм между этикетками. Сделал чёрный квадрат для проверки и печатаю. Пробовал откалибровать из программы GoLabel, или из драйвер калибровка проходит. Пробовал кнопкой калибровать. Принтер быстро мигает, оранжевый, зелёный, красный, оранжевый. (всё это за 2 секунды). Я пробовал успеть, после отпускания уходит в оранжевый. После трёх кликов возвращается в зелёный.

С этикетками всё так. Я специально на одном фото, с линейкой делаю. Там ширина 47. Длина 25. Между 2мм. Когда калибруешь, несколько раз подряд, он всегда с одинаковым отступом останавливает. Может дело с памятью или ещё с чем. Или может есть какой-то обходной путь, указать какое-нибудь смещение на 12мм, чтобы он умещался в эти 25мм?

Принтер выдал другой размер этикетки, а должно совпадать. Попробуйте сделать сброс настроек ( Factory default), повторно сделайте калибровку и нажмите printer configuration. Высота этикетки поменяется с 40 мм на другое значение или нет?
После сброса и повторной кабровки получаю ошибку калибровки. Auto-Sensing Fail No Data Return
размер остаётся тот же. ^W54 ^Q40,3
Может какие-то команды можно отправить, чтобы изменить размер принудительно без калибровки? Мы планируем использовать только один размер этикетки 47*25 растояние 2 мм.
1. Не рекомендую печатать черные фигуры на всю этикетку, сгорит БП и возможна порча ПГ. 2. Где расположен датчик наличия этикетки? Он перемещаемый, должен находится в крайнем правом положении т.е. ровно посередине. 3. Сделайте калибровку любым удобным способом, проверьте сработала ли она - нажмите кнопку FEED, должна промотаться одна этикетка без ошибок принтера. 4. Распечатайте Ваш макет из программы Golabel с правильными параметрами. Интерфейс должен быть выбран прямой, не через драйвер. Версию программы лучше использовать одну из последних, например с нашего сайта.
Настройки принтера, в том числе размеры, загружаются программой Golabel с каждой печатью этикетки.
Да. Ваш совет помог. Я как понимаю проблема в схемотехнике. Т.к. после отключения питания на принтере сбиваются все настройки, и есть нехарактерный писк. В программе GoLable создал этикектку 47*25 зазор 2 мм. Сохранил как шаблон, т.к. штатная калибровка кнопками не работает. После чего настроил в 1с этикетку с тем же размером, но сделал масштабирование 95% и отступ сверху и слева по 1 пикселю. При таких настройках этикетка выглядит и читается корректно. Если питание отключат. Научил кассира печатать эту этикетку, и делать калибровку из программы ГоЛейбл.
